What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a 'Preferred Delivery Date' from our calendar. We recommend scheduling 3-5 days in advance for special occasions.

How should I store my bread and pastries once they arrive?

For the best experience, we recommend consuming our products within 2 days. If you wish to save them for later, most of our breads can be frozen for up to a month and reheated in a 350°F oven for 5-8 minutes.
